Following the travel book this summer, my last day here in Hong Kong. For those who take the thing on the way, these pages were written locally and not today. 3aout.jpg

For the "What you are going to sell," one simple reason: in Kowloon, across from Hong Kong, you meet a lot of tourist touts. And most of the time they approach you in this way. So my reaction.

Spend the evening talking with "Kik" a local guy. We talked about the meaning of life and death, comparing Western philosophy and Eastern philosophy

-Tourist?
-What are you going to sell me?
- No no, I just want to chat.

I took a ferry to Cheung Chau. Spend the day surveying the small island

Atmosphere of the great day. Everyone releases on the beaches .... which are all closed because of pollution ...

no swimming beach / lifeguard

Some beaches are very beautiful but yet very very polluted. Bottles, pieces of glass, debris.

Balance of the day: massive sunburn

And in less than a week I ruined a pair of shoes ... supposed new

Paris Hong Kong Seoul Tokyo: 29 juillet 2011

29juil.jpg
petit decryptage:

and now some translation for our foreigners readers...

the little train at the top is the Peak Tram

The "T3" is referring to the warning system in case of typhoons in Hong Kong that day we were in T3 (a kind of early warning, a little wind) "Dawa" is a friend resident in Hong Kong, "Seb" is a Belgian who was traveling in the opposite direction, it westward. I drew in two ways, as "normal" and how "cartoon.". My sentence is referring to the fact that he identifies a lot in my drawings.

No, but your drawings, this is really my life ...

Symphony of Light is a sound and light show in the Bay of Hong Kong every night.

the show is not that bad. Some buildings illuminated, light beams that are lost in the clouds
